Terms of Service
Last updated:
Welcome to Libronox. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Libronox is operated from Sydney, Australia. Please read them carefully.
1. What Libronox is
Libronox turns topics into calm, spoken non-fiction episodes and organises them in a shared, branching library. Episodes are generated with the help of AI and grounded against public sources. While we work hard on accuracy, content is provided for general interest only and may contain errors — it is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. The commons & your contributions
Libronox is a shared library. When you generate an episode or branch, the resulting topic, episode, and its public “view source” steering become part of the commons and are visible and playable by other users. You grant Libronox a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, stream, adapt, and display that content as part of the service. Do not submit topics intended to produce unlawful, hateful, or harmful content; we may remove or restrict content that breaches these terms.
4. Plans, generations & billing
Listening is free. Generating new episodes is metered by a monthly allowance that depends on your plan. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and will retain access until the end of the current period. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempting to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, resell it, or use it to generate content that is illegal or that targets or harasses others. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Intellectual property
Public-domain readings are sourced from works believed to be out of copyright in Australia (generally life of the author plus 70 years). If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Libronox excludes implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
